Effective date: July 27th 2023STIIX LLC, and ("us", "we", or "our") developed STIIX mobile application (“Service”).This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal/student data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We do not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal/student information to a third party.By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Policy abides by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA).
Definitions
Personal/Student Data: No personal/student data is collected. There is no account or login information required to use the Service.
Usage Data: Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of the application visit). No person/student usage data is identifiable. To use our Service, the following non-identifiable data is recorded:The

While we strive to use commercially/academic acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security."
